Swire lists 117 rooms, 21 suites and two penthouses, from 68 square metres. Studio 70 is 68 m² / 730 sq ft, king, two plus a child, limestone tub, harbour or city glass. Studio 80 is 78 m² / 850 sq ft, king or twin, separate dressing room. Upper Suites are 114 m² / 1,230 sq ft with a living room and a spa-like bath. Two-bedroom Penthouse and the André Fu Suite are both 182 m² / 1,960 sq ft — the namesake is one king, not two. Pacific Place Apartments are longer stays, not the hotel key count. Fortune 2017 still says 133. Ask harbour versus Peak/city glass.
