Irori

At Zaborin, Hanazono, Niseko, Japan

Irori is an intimate private robatayaki dinner around a sunken charcoal hearth. The Cuisine page says one Irori meal is arranged for stays of four nights or more, seating is limited, and the guest cannot choose the date or time. The Ryokan page says pre-booking is available in English and advises long-stay guests to pre-book in Japanese. Those instructions do not fully align, so confirm whether the house will assign the meal or requires an advance request. No hours, capacity or separate inclusion statement is published.
