Zaborin Rooms & Suites
Zaborin has 15 detached villa suites and four bookable layouts. Every villa has a separate living area and bedroom, a bathroom, terrace, and two private free-flowing hot-spring baths: one indoors and one open-air. The 70-square-metre Washitsu and Yoshitsu layouts accommodate one or two guests; the 80-square-metre versions add a 7-tatami room, described in English as 12 square metres, and accommodate up to four. Washitsu copy describes thick modern futons, while the current booking cards also require a king-double or twin-two-singles choice under a combined “bed (futon) specification”; both descriptions should be confirmed rather than treated as conventional Western beds. Yoshitsu has a Western bedroom with the same king-or-twin choice. For a third or fourth guest in either larger layout, futons are placed in the extra tatami room. The house does not guarantee a particular view, snow-crest villa name or outdoor-tub material by category.

Before you book a room

Category 2
Yoshitsu / Western Room
This 70-square-metre detached villa accommodates one or two guests in a Western bedroom configured as either one king-double or two single beds. It adds a separate living room, terrace, shower, private indoor onsen and private open-air onsen. A softer mattress topper and pillow selection can be requested in advance. The category does not guarantee one of the house's published farmland, mountain or woodland views.

Washitsu with Extra Tatami Room
The 80-square-metre Japanese layout accommodates one to four guests. Its main tatami bedroom carries the same conflict as the smaller Washitsu: villa copy says futons, while the booking card asks for a king-double or twin-two-singles “bed (futon)” choice. An additional room is described as 7 tatami in Japanese and 12 square metres in English; a third or fourth guest sleeps there on futons. The plan also shows living room, pantry, hall, two WCs, vanity, shower, indoor and outdoor onsens, two inner courtyards and a terrace.

Yoshitsu with Extra Tatami Room
This 80-square-metre layout accommodates one to four guests, combining a Western main bedroom with a king-double or twin-two-singles choice and an extra tatami room. The house describes that additional room as both 7 tatami and 12 square metres without converting one measure into the other. A third or fourth guest sleeps there on futons. The floor plan also identifies a living room, hall, two WCs, vanity, shower, private indoor and outdoor onsens, inner courtyards and a terrace.
