The Dining Room

The resident dining room serves the house's multi-course Kita Kaiseki, chef Yoshihiro Seno's northern interpretation of Kyoto kaiseki built around seasonal Hokkaido produce, for dinner. Breakfast can be Japanese or Western. The active lodging terms publish breakfast from 07:30–10:00 and dinner from 18:00, with no dinner closing time. Both meals are included on the active half-board plan. Dietary and religious exclusions should be disclosed in detail before arrival because same-day changes may not be possible.
