Delano Puglia Brings the Miami Brand to Italy's Adriatic Coast in 2028

Ennismore has signed Delano Puglia, a 76-key Monopoli resort opening in 2028 as Delano's first Italy hotel, with a Paris Society restaurant and Rose Bar.

Delano Puglia will open in 2028 in Monopoli on the Adriatic coast of Puglia, marking Delano's first hotel in Italy. Ennismore announced the signing on 29 September 2026 for a 76-key resort, including 13 suites, set in a secluded Mediterranean landscape of clear water, rocky coves and wide sea views beside the historic port city.

Puglia has spent the past several years drawing travelers who want Italian coastline without the density of more established resort belts, alongside addresses such as Borgo Egnazia. Delano's arrival adds a Miami-born lifestyle brand known for design, nightlife and social lobbies to a region that has leaned on a smaller set of flagship hotels. For guests, the so-what is a new Adriatic address with a clear nightlife and dining spine rather than a quiet agriturismo-only trip.

Dining, Rose Bar and wellness

Food and drink sit at the center of the brief. Plans include an all-day specialty restaurant by Paris Society, two pool bars, a lobby lounge and a reimagined Rose Bar, the concept that helped define Delano Miami Beach. Paris Society already partnered on Delano's Miami Beach reopening in 2026, so the Puglia restaurant and bar program is an extension of that collaboration rather than a one-off name drop.

Wellness will run under The Source by Delano, mixing movement spaces, pools and programming with a more social energy than a sealed spa wing. Flexible indoor and outdoor event spaces, curated retail and a membership tier for curated events across Delano properties round out the offer for guests who want more than a quiet beach week.

Design, partners and the wider Delano map

Ennismore describes light-filled interiors, easy indoor-outdoor flow and a natural palette shaped by the Mediterranean setting. The project is being developed with LIMM, led by the Liuzzi family, with Società Rinascimento Valori as project and construction manager for the building refurbishment. Phil Zrihen, Ennismore's deputy group CEO, called Puglia a natural fit for Delano's mix of ease, elegance and cultural relevance, and noted it is also Ennismore's first property in the region.

Delano's current chapter includes Miami Beach, Paris, Dubai, New York, London and Marrakech at various stages of opening or development. Puglia extends that list into southern Italy's resort circuit. Exact opening month, room rates and booking dates are still ahead; for now, travelers planning 2028 Italy coast trips can treat Monopoli as a new Delano pin on the Adriatic map and watch for reservation details closer to debut.
