NoMad Singapore Opens Bookings for a December Debut on Orchard Road

NoMad Hilton Singapore is taking reservations from 1 December 2026 for 173 rooms in the rebuilt Faber House on Orchard Road, its first Asia Pacific hotel.

NoMad Singapore is now open for reservations, with first arrivals from 1 December 2026. The Hilton lifestyle brand's second hotel globally, and its first in Asia Pacific, reworks the former Faber House at Orchard Road's Cairnhill intersection into a 173-key property with 25 suites.

Architecture is by Singapore firm WOHA, with interiors by Los Angeles studio Kevin Klein Design. The rebuild spans about 10,225 square metres and fronts Orchard with a cascading 14-storey waterfall and vertical planting. In Singapore's ultra-luxury set, it will sit near established addresses such as Raffles Singapore, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, and The Singapore EDITION.

What will a stay actually feel like?

NoMad is translating its New York and London references through Art Deco and Peranakan cues. Reception sits on the fifth floor as an open-air lobby with Lù bar, spilling onto a terrace and pool. Guestrooms run across 12 levels and include 71 Atelier rooms at roughly 32 square metres with a living area and bathtub, plus 25 suites built around larger living spaces.

Dining leans into brand signatures: The NoMad Grill at the top of the building for a classic New York dining-room mood; The Tropicana Club for craft cocktails with a mid-century Havana cabaret nod; and Sticky Fingers for house-made soft-serve sundaes. The stack is nightlife-forward for Orchard, where many luxury hotels still treat bars as afterthoughts.

Why does the art programme matter here?

Hilton and developer UOL are putting more than 1,860 artworks through the hotel, with about 90% by Singapore-based artists. Mediums range from oil on copper and acrylic photography to large bas-relief installations. A partnership with ART:DIS commissions and champions artists with disabilities, extending UOL's existing support for the non-profit.

For guests, that is not wallpaper branding. It is a reason to treat the corridors and public floors as part of the stay, especially for travellers who already plan museum days around the Civic District and want a hotel that continues the cultural thread after check-in.

Who should book now?

NoMad London opened in 2021 and set the brand's urban template: layered design, serious food and drink, and a social lobby. Singapore is the first test of whether that formula travels to Asia without becoming a generic lifestyle tower. Early bookers who want the soft-opening window should watch December inventory closely; peak Orchard season and year-end corporate travel will tighten the best room categories fast.

If your Singapore trip is about heritage polish, Raffles and Capella remain the safer classics. If you want a contemporary city hotel with a nightlife pulse and a large local art programme, NoMad Singapore is now a concrete December option rather than a render on a press kit.
