Armani Hotel Dubai occupies the concourse through the 39th floor of Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai, at 1 Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard. The official homepage gives 160 guest rooms and suites, all designed by Giorgio Armani. Official Armani press treats this as the first house, opened ahead of Milan in 2011, so the opening year is 2010. The rooms index lists eleven products; the distinct cards I opened are Deluxe at 45 square metres (no rollaway), Premiere at 70, Premiere Suite at 95, Premiere Suite with Balcony at 95 on the seventh floor, Fountain View Suite at 80 looking at the Dubai Fountain, and Signature Suite at 235 on levels 38 and 39, with a private studio and dining room. Several suite cards print breakfast in Armani/Mediterraneo as part of the rate. Children aged 12 and over are treated as adults on the occupancy lines.
Lock dining with the house on day one, not from memory of this brand. Every official venue page I opened currently marks its hours as temporarily closed: Armani/Ristorante, Armani/Amal, Armani/Hashi, Armani/Deli, Armani/Mediterraneo, and Armani/Lounge. Some FAQs on those same pages still list old hours. Treat the hours block as the live line and confirm what is actually serving — including breakfast — before you fly. If Mediterraneo is dark, a suite rate that names breakfast there still needs a new plan.
The Armani/SPA page is 12,000 square feet: MU, Fluidità, and Libertà treatments, sequential thermal bathing, a pool for residents, and a gym. Treatments 11:00–21:00, facilities and pool for residents 09:00–21:00, gym 24/7 for residents. A treatment is extra. The house is not all-inclusive. Confirm whether your rate includes breakfast and whether Mediterraneo is the room that serves it this week.
Book this if you want an Armani/Casa key inside Burj Khalifa and a fountain-facing suite, and you are willing to confirm the dining floor with the desk. Skip it if you need a named restaurant you can lock from the website tonight, or if you need a rollaway in a Deluxe Room — that card says rollaways are not available. Tripadvisor scores it 4.7 from 3,720 reviews. Booking.com scores it 8.9 from 1,984.
First day
- Call dining. Armani/Ristorante, Amal, Hashi, Deli, Mediterraneo, and Lounge all print temporarily closed on their hours blocks. Confirm what is serving tonight and where breakfast is.
- If your rate names breakfast in Mediterraneo, ask where that meal is plated while the venue page is marked closed.
- Book a spa hour if you want one. Treatments 11:00–21:00. Resident pool and facilities 09:00–21:00.
- If you need a rollaway, you are not in a Deluxe Room. That card says rollaways are not available.
- Signature Suite is on levels 38 and 39. Confirm At the Top tickets and the DXB transfer if those lines on the card are why you booked.
