Armani Hotel Milano sits at Via Manzoni 31, in the Quadrilatero della Moda, a few minutes from Via Montenapoleone, Via della Spiga, La Scala, and the Duomo. The official about page puts 95 guest rooms and suites in the house, each designed by Giorgio Armani. Official press dates the opening to 11 November 2011, in the 1937 rationalist palazzo by Enrico A. Griffini. The rooms index lists more than a generic deluxe-to-suite blur. Lock dinner on day one. Armani/Ristorante, on the seventh floor, posts dinner Wednesday to Saturday, 19:30 to 22:30, and is closed Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. The same page posts a holiday closure from 2 August to 3 September, reopening 4 September. If you want that room this week, it is not running. Armani/Bamboo Bar on the same floor is the daily table: Sunday to Wednesday 11:00–00:00, Thursday to Saturday 11:00–01:00, with live music Thursday to Saturday. Book the spa with the room. Armani/SPA on the eighth floor is 09:00–21:00. For health and safety, children under 14 are not permitted in the relaxation area. The gym is free and 24 hours for hotel guests.

Confirm breakfast with the house. The dining index names only two venues — the restaurant and the bar — and does not print a breakfast room or an in-room dining page. A complimentary minibar (soft drinks) is on the room cards. Some suite cards add complimentary access to the spa relaxation area and the 24-hour gym. Treatments, restaurant dinner, and Bamboo meals are extra. The house is not all-inclusive. The wellness page lists a sauna, steam bath, and ice fountain. It does not print a swimming pool.

Book this if you want an Armani/Casa key on Manzoni, a seventh-floor aperitivo, and a Wednesday-to-Saturday dinner you can actually reserve. Skip it if you need the restaurant on a Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday, a child under 14 in the spa relaxation area, or a one-level stay in the Signature Suite Gym — that card is a duplex with a staircase.
