Caldera House Rooms & Suites
Caldera House has eight named residences: four 1,500-square-foot two-bedroom suites for four guests and four 5,000-square-foot four-bedroom suites for 10–12. Every suite has a chef's kitchen, dining area, living room, fireplace, laundry and outdoor space with mountain views. The two-bedroom set uses two king beds plus a sofa bed. Individual four-bedroom diagrams show three king bedrooms plus a bunk room, despite buyout shorthand that describes each as four kings plus four or more singles. Taupo, Pacana and Newberry have private copper Diamond Spa hot tubs; Valles has an infrared sauna instead. Standard full-house and Summit package buyouts are different products with different guest counts and inclusions.

Aira faces the tram and ski slopes. The 1,500-square-foot layout accommodates four with two king bedrooms, a sofa bed and two baths, plus a chef's kitchen, dining and living areas, fireplace, washer and dryer, and outdoor mountain-facing space. Some older homepage text surfaced Aria, but the current suite category uses Aira.

Kari Kari Two-Bedroom Suite
Kari Kari is the quieter two-bedroom residence, oriented toward Sleeping Indian mountain. Its 1,500 square feet accommodate four guests in two king bedrooms plus a sofa bed, with two baths, a chef's kitchen, fireplace, laundry and outdoor space. Choose it over Aira when tram-facing activity is less important than a calmer outlook.

Taupo spans 5,000 square feet and sleeps 12 in three king bedrooms and a bunk room with three sets of bunks, giving six twin beds. It has four-and-a-half baths, a Boffi kitchen, media room, mudroom and ski storage, two patios, wood-burning great-room fireplace, slopeside views and a private copper Diamond Spa hot tub. Its primary bath includes a steam shower.

Valles is a 5,000-square-foot penthouse-level residence for 10.
