Cheval Blanc St-Tropez Dining Guide
La Vague d’Or is the gastronomic night: three MICHELIN stars, five Gault & Millau toques, 19/20, Arnaud Donckele. In the summer season it is open every evening from 19:30 to 21:30 except Wednesday. Wednesday is Riviera Nights on La Terrasse — Provençal food and live music; the first Wednesday of the month is bouillabaisse, the third is lobster. La Terrasse is breakfast (Donckele) and Mediterranean lunch under the pines; the venue page does not publish clock hours. Le Bar is open daily from 9:00 until late. Le Bar Restaurant is lunch, snacks, and dinner by the pool or indoors, reserved for resident guests. Carte Blanche is in-room dining 24/7, including picnics. Confirm breakfast in the rate. None of the dinners sit in an ordinary room rate. A Wednesday in a short stay does not get La Vague d’Or.
