The Cheval Blanc Spa is Guerlain, built for a Mediterranean stay: face and body rituals, a hammam and experience shower, an ice fountain and snow shower. Official spa hours are 9:30 to 20:00. The hammam and snow rooms are on reservation only. The fitness floor is Technogym, indoor and outdoor, open 24/7. There is a hair studio on the same 9:30 to 20:00 clock. The maison beach and pool sit with the rooms.
The spa setting and the gym come with the stay. A Guerlain hour does not. Book a treatment with the room if that is why you came.
