Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo Dining Guide
The current hotel roster comprises four restaurant-index entries and two bar-index entries. Pavyllon and L’Abysse are the reservation-led restaurants; Le Limún is the all-day lobby-garden address; Salle Belle Époque opens for major events rather than daily restaurant service. Gustave is the current hotel cocktail lounge, replacing stale Crystal Bar references, while Le Jardin Belle Époque is a seasonal outdoor pop-up opposite the hotel. Eiffel Mezzanine breakfast, room service, the Diamond in-suite Pavyllon menu and private-event catering are services rather than additional venues. L’Hirondelle and L’Atlantide belong to Thermes Marins, not the hotel restaurant roster.
Before you book dinner
- Reserve L’Abysse first: it operates Tuesday–Saturday evenings, and official house pages conflict between 19:00–22:00 and 19:30–21:30.
- Pavyllon is open daily for lunch and dinner, with last orders earlier than the printed closing time.
- Le Limún’s live card closes at 21:00 while an official 2026 leaflet closes at 01:00; confirm any late-evening plan.
- Salle Belle Époque is an event-only setting, not a daily restaurant. Private catering in the hotel’s other reception rooms is also a service rather than an extra venue.
- Eiffel Mezzanine hosts buffet breakfast at an additional charge unless the selected booking terms include it.
- L’Hirondelle serves lunch at Thermes Marins and L’Atlantide Bar runs daily 09:00–20:00, but both belong to the linked wellness complex rather than the Hermitage venue roster.
- Qualifying child meal benefits apply at Eiffel breakfast, Le Limún and Pavyllon under the current policy; they exclude room service and L’Abysse.
