Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo Spa & Wellness

Hôtel Hermitage connects directly to the 6,600-square-metre Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo wellness, fitness and preventive-health complex. Current hotel and meetings pages describe access as complimentary for Hermitage guests, while the Thermes by-laws define that access as unlimited except during Formula 1 and Historic Grand Prix weekends and subject to annual maintenance, exceptional or technical closure. The pool, solarium, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, gym and changing rooms operate daily 07:00–21:00, with return to changing rooms by 20:45. The indoor Mediterranean seawater pool measures 25 by 13 metres, is heated to 29°C and uses seawater drawn 37 metres deep and 400 metres offshore. The wellness circuit also includes a cold bath, ice fountain, hammam, outdoor port-facing whirlpool, solarium and Technogym fitness. Treatments, beauty, hair, food, drinks and boutique purchases are extra. Children under 12 require an accompanying adult; under-fives cannot use the sauna, steam room, cold bath or ice fountain; ages 5–12 need an adult in those areas. Fitness starts at 14, and ages 14–17 need an authorised adult and signed waiver.

Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo spa FAQ

Do Hôtel Hermitage guests have access to Thermes Marins?
Yes. The hotel calls direct access complimentary, while Thermes by-laws exclude Formula 1 and Historic Grand Prix weekends and allow closures.
What are the wellness-area hours?
The pool, solarium, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, gym and changing rooms are open daily 07:00–21:00, with return to changing rooms by 20:45.
Is Thermes Marins inside Hôtel Hermitage?
It is a separate 6,600-square-metre wellness complex linked directly to the hotel rather than a private spa floor used only by Hermitage guests.
How large is the swimming pool?
The indoor Mediterranean seawater pool measures 25 by 13 metres and is heated to 29°C.
Are spa treatments included with the stay?
No. Access to the wellness facilities is the hotel benefit; treatments, beauty, hair, food, drinks and boutique purchases are extra.
Can children use Thermes Marins?
Yes with rules: under-12s need an adult, and under-fives cannot use the sauna, steam room, cold bath or ice fountain.
Can teenagers use the fitness area?
Fitness access starts at age 14. Guests aged 14–17 need an authorised accompanying adult and a signed waiver.
Does the complex close for maintenance?
The by-laws allow annual maintenance and exceptional or technical closure; dates are confirmed at reception rather than fixed publicly.
What is the treatment cancellation rule?
Arrive 20 minutes early. Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show is charged in full, and late arrival shortens treatment time.
Is Monte-Carlo Beach Club part of Thermes Marins?
No. It is a separate seasonal hotel benefit with beach and outdoor Olympic-pool access; its season and inclusions must be checked independently.
