The upper and lower Southern Terraces may host a ceremony or dinner and can work independently or with the other Great House spaces. No total capacity is printed, although cedar folding chairs are specifically offered for parties under 40. Chiavari seating is listed, outdoor chess is present, and the pictured bamboo folding chairs are an extra-cost request rather than a standard inclusion.
