Necker is sold in two fundamentally different ways. Exclusive Use reserves the whole island at any available time: the core description is 48 guests across 11 Great House bedrooms and ten individual Bali Houses, while expanded official copy reaches 56 guests or 56 adults plus 14 children. The wedding page instead says 48 adults plus six children. The rooms index says the expansion adds four bedrooms and a bunkroom, but the exclusive-use page describes as many as 28 bedrooms—11 in the Great House, 13 Balinese-style houses, a beach villa and bunk rooms. Only one six-child bunkroom has a public card; the second bunkroom, four added adult rooms, beach villa and remaining child beds are not identified. Individual Stays reserve a room, suite or several rooms in a Balinese house on selected dates while the island is shared. The live 2026 calendar and the official 2026 PDF disagree, and the PDF's sale classes do not always match today's card titles: Bali Lo, Bali Buah and Bali Kukila are titled Suites online but sold as Bali Rooms in the PDF; Bali Beach is titled a Room online but sold as a Bali Suite. Bali Hi with Bali Hi Upper and Bali Cliff with Bali Cliff Lower appear as two-bedroom suites on today's cards, but the PDF places the lower/main room in the suite class and the Upper/Lower companion room in the room class. Keep the booked category wording in the confirmation. The Great House occupies the island's highest point. The Master Suite takes its top floor; ten further bedrooms sit below, many able to interconnect. Leha Lo is a standalone house 81 steps above the Great House, followed by more stairs to its Crow's Nest. Bali Lo's three houses share a pool. Bali Hi's five named rooms occupy three houses around a shared pool and outdoor lounge, with additional plunge-pool language that the house does not reconcile with its separate statement that the island has four infinity pools. Temple House combines four named bedrooms with Elders Temple, a shared living, dining, bar and infinity-pool pavilion that is not a bedroom.
