Necker Island Dining Guide
Necker has no conventional restaurant roster or fixed meal timetable. Its food-and-drink programme is bespoke and location-led: Caribbean flavours and local ingredients can appear formally or informally, indoors or outside, with dietary requirements, allergies and special requests supplied in advance. All meals and drinks, including alcohol, are included in both Exclusive Use and Individual Stays, together with 24-hour à la carte ordering, afternoon treats, late-night snacks and dining in a room, suite or villa on request. The principal calendar catches come from the celebrations venue guide rather than the normal dining page. Turtle Beach lunch runs from November through May only. The Great House Roof Terrace may be booked for breakfast and dinner but is expressly unsuitable for lunch because of midday heat. No routine clock hours, weekly restaurant closures, dress code or fixed reservation window are published for the island's dining locations. Sushi carries an unresolved naming and inclusion problem. The dining page calls it the famous floating sushi bar in the beach pool; the wedding page calls it Sushi Kayak at the Main Pool; exclusive-use copy promises one special Sushi Kayak lunch.
