Nimmo Bay's floating restaurant, lounge, kitchen and large bar serves resident guests throughout the day. Breakfast, lunch and changing dinner formats are included, but the house prints no clock hours, weekly closure, capacity or standard reservation rule. Little River was completed in 2020. One official account says its wings were inspired by a Thunderbird; another calls the original inspiration an eagle.
