Nimmo Bay Wilderness Resort Dining Guide
Little River is Nimmo Bay's floating restaurant, kitchen, bar and lounge building. Breakfast is served each morning with familiar à la carte choices and a rotating seasonal feature. Lunch is available in the restaurant, although many guests eat a gourmet picnic during a boat or wilderness day. Dinner changes through the stay among a family-style feast, five-course tasting menu and à la carte service, with canapés and cocktails beforehand and time by the fire afterwards. The house publishes no meal clocks, weekly closing pattern, standard seating capacity or ordinary reservation rule. Menus change frequently and cannot be previewed.
