Nimmo Bay has nine private two-bedroom cabins in four current layout groups: six Waterfront cabins raised above the intertidal edge and three Forest cabins beside the stream and waterfall. Every cabin has one bathroom, a wet bar, living space, a patio, daily housekeeping and turndown. The house describes all cabins as approximately 700 square feet, but it does not publish category-specific measurements. A Forest cabin is included in the standard package; guaranteeing Waterfront is extra and subject to availability, and the house assigns the individual layout unless a type has been guaranteed. A shower bathroom, wet bar, patio and bay and ocean outlook complete the plan. The category card permits a couple or family of up to five. Waterfront is not the included cabin type and must be guaranteed separately.
Category 3
Waterfront 5 & 6
On the forest side of the bay with ocean views, these cabins have an open-concept main-level king, enclosed second-level queen, wet bar and patio. Their large soaker tubs are the only bathtubs among the nine cabins. The current card says a couple or family of four with young children, while the general cabins copy says up to five. Waterfront requires a separate guarantee.
Category 4
Forest 7, 8 & 9
The included cabin type sits near the stream and waterfall hot tubs, with stream views and glimpses of the ocean. An enclosed main-level bedroom holds a queen and twin, while a loft adds a queen; there is one bathroom, a wet bar, patio and large living area. The current card permits a couple or family of up to five. The official cabin story's open-primary wording conflicts with this current enclosed-bedroom layout.
