Southern Ocean Lodge Dining Guide
The lodge serves all three included meals in one Restaurant: breakfast and lunch are relaxed, while dinner is a daily-changing four-course menu. The Great Room is the social centre for the included open bar and evening drinks, and the walk-in cellar lets guests choose an included premium South Australian bottle; the separate cellarmasters list costs extra. A Taste of SA is an included, shared tasting at a scheduled time. The private Cellar Table runs only on certain evenings and needs advance arrangement, but its card does not say whether it is included. General room service is not offered. The only published private in-suite dinner is for the full Baillie Pavilion on the final night of stays of three nights or more.

Guests occupying the combined four-bedroom Baillie Pavilion for at least three nights may choose a private-chef dinner in the pavilion on the final night, and the residence also includes in-suite sunset drinks and canapés. The entitlement is not printed for Pavilion East or West when booked separately.
