Les Prés d’Eugénie - Michel Guérard Dining Guide
The Eugénie estate lists three restaurants and one culinary café, all open to non-residents, plus a Salon-Bar, Palace room service, breakfast and seasonal pool service. Restaurant Michel Guérard and L’Orangerie follow changing weekly calendars; Grande Cuisine Minceur at L’Orangerie is available daily only by advance reservation even when the full card is closed. La Maison Rose has its own breakfast and a full-board-only Minceur dining program. Huchet Beach House is a separate all-inclusive lodge stay with fixed meal and service windows, not another Palace restaurant.

- Restaurant Michel Guérard serves dinner Wednesday–Sunday and lunch Saturday–Sunday in low season; high summer adds Tuesday dinner and Thursday/Friday lunch.
- L’Orangerie Cuisine de Santé is daily by advance reservation, but its full card is not daily; the house gives both about 550 and no more than 600 calories per meal.
- La Ferme aux Grives closes Wednesday and Thursday outside its midsummer adjustment; Café Mère Poule closes Monday and Tuesday.
- Salon-Bar hours are not published. Palace room service has printed menu windows and a 20% service surcharge; Maison Rose has no room service.
- Huchet dining is included only in its separate lodge package and follows fixed brunch, picnic, tea and dinner windows.

Restaurant Michel Guérard occupies the historic Salons de l’Impératrice in Grande Maison, with three Michelin stars continuously since 1977.
