La Ferme Thermale occupies a former 18th-century Landes farm and draws on two thermal springs whose waters are described as more than 18,000 years old. The 1,000-square-metre facility has 21 treatment cabins: 14 individual thermal-water cabins, two individual kaolin pools, three massage and body cabins, and two Sisley beauty cabins. It also includes a thermal and herbal steam bath, outdoor Nordic bath and sauna, L’Airial tea lounge, Four Seasons relaxation and reading room, Sisley boutique and Ferme Thermale counter.
Access is reserved for guests aged 16 and over. Treatments and entry to La Ferme Thermale are extra unless a booked package explicitly includes them. Arrive 15 minutes before an appointment; late arrival shortens treatment, and cancellation inside 24 hours is charged in full. Some treatments are contraindicated during pregnancy or with particular health conditions, which should be disclosed before booking. Medical visits and supervision are strongly recommended from five treatment days and are paid separately to the thermal doctors.
Monday–Saturday hours are 8:45 a.m.–12:30 p.m. and 2:30–7:00 p.m. Two Sunday schedules differ by 15 minutes: the live spa information says 8:45 a.m.–12:30 p.m., while the 2026 treatment guide says 9:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. Confirm the Sunday appointment time directly. Do not confuse La Ferme Thermale with the included Bains du Jardin. Those outdoor hotel-resident facilities open year-round 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. without reservation and comprise a 36°C Nordic bath and two-person mixed dry Finnish sauna. Children may use them only with an adult, swimwear is compulsory, and no linen is supplied there, so bring the room robe. The separate 16-by-8-metre outdoor pool is also included for hotel residents and held at 25°C year-round.
